From ANDRAS JONES: We close out our visit to the city of Vancouver, BC with the final musical divination of our SARAH WHEELER episode. Sarah’s songs and spirit are so overwhelmingly positive and her experience surviving cancer so inspirational I’m afraid she’s may have made cancer look good to our listeners. Please remember. Sarah is a Canadian which means her country provides quality health care, even for broke-ass musicians, and her experience is not likely to be repeated by my mostly US listeners. That said, I think we (and by “we” I mean “I”) can learn a lot from Sarah’s ability to draw strength from adversity and weave a field of love in her community.
