Rae Dawn was probably the first legitimate “celebrity” guest we had on Radio8Ball.

I’ve been a fan of hers since I was a teenager and fell in love with her in “Choose Me” & “American Flyers”. Years later she was kind of a fan of my band, for one night in Los Angeles at Luna Park, and then we became friends. We still are, even though we argue all the time.

Her appearance on the short-lived “Synchronized” podcast was pretty special.
