Diana Prince
&
Bart Davenport
From ANDRAS JONES: “Kinky Horror” star DIANA PRINCE was on one of our first R8B podcasts with Colleen Green back in August of 2017. Since then she has joined forces with Joe Bob Briggs to produce and star in his new series “The Last Drive-In” for Shudder. For our Kink tribute show Diana has a question inspired by the Kinks’ song “Little Miss Queen of Darkness” which receives a randomly chosen answer performed by BART DAVENPORT. And just to twist the sync a little, today’s randomly chosen Pop Oracle song from the Radio8Ball app is by JAMES WILLIAM HINDLE who I met when he was touring with this session’s musical guest, Bart Davenport.
POP ORACLE Song of The Day (May 13, 2019): JAMES WILLIAM HINDLE “Birthday Candles”
This Time Tomorrow
This time tomorrow, where will we be?
On a spaceship somewhere sailing across an empty sea
This time tomorrow, what will we know?
Will we still be here watching an in-flight movie show?
I’ll leave the sun behind me
And I’ll watch the clouds as they sadly pass me by
Seven miles below me
I can see the world and it ain’t so big at all
This time tomorrow, what will we see?
Field full of houses, endless rows of crowded streets
I don’t know where I’m going, I don’t want to see
I feel the world below me looking up (looking up), looking up at me
Leave the sun behind me
And watch the clouds as they sadly pass me by
I’m in perpetual motion
And the world below doesn’t matter much to me
This time tomorrow, where will we be?
On a spaceship somewhere sailing across any empty sea
This time tomorrow, where will we be?
This time tomorrow, what will we see?
This time tomorrow
