Danny Kelly’s FB Posts

From ANDRAS JONES: There’s a whole lot of sync going on with this one so I’m going to hew to the most basic facts.
After this podcast I deleted Facebook from my phone, in no small part because during this episode while checking Facebook I saw this post.
Of course it was untrue, yet I knew it would make trouble for me in the months leading up to the release of the podcast and beyond, and in a weird twist of fate, the guest we had scheduled to appear (Brett Clubbe) had missed his window and departed, leaving us needing someone to ask a question. My question was about how people would respond when they realized they were wrong in attacking me for something I didn’t do. I was hoping for a private apology or two, maybe dreaming that one person (ideally Danny since he started the whole thing) would have the chutzpah to step up and acknowledge participating in an anti-semitic attack based upon a lie. Instead, the only response I got when I posted the podcast on Danny’s slanderous thread was from a bartender at a venue I especially like. I’ve never had any beef with this person and she doesn’t know me personally. You’d never know this considering her keen insights shared below.
For those who have a basic understanding of anti-semitic cliches this is kind of a pin the tail on the donkey, which is not to say that Jennifer White is an anti-semite, she’s just ignorant of anti-semitism so she thinks it doesn’t exist. This makes her not dissimilar from the rest of her community here in Olympia, especially those with whom she joined in this thread. These well-meaning folks would probably love it if Jennifer’s ignorant ramblings made her the scapegoat for their actions. But Jennifer lives in an extremely anti-semitic town. These are her neighbors with whom she joined in Danny’s anti-semitic attack.

I’ll gladly remove the names of anyone from this list if they take any actions to address what they participated in, acknowledge that it was wrong and apologize. Until then, the silence of these folks and their complicity with Danny’s anti-semitic attack will be documented here. Who knows? Maybe some of these folks are even Jewish themselves because the next day Danny Kelly posted about his love for “All” of his Jewish Friends” with the image featured at the top of this post. Before seeing Danny’s “loving” post I never really understood what virtue signaling was. Now I get it. And yet there is a part of me that still believes Danny believes he really is a great ally to Jews, which is why I wrote him this message…
We shall see how this situation evolves. Will The Hinges appear as guests on a future Radio8Ball show where we explore how a simple misunderstanding escalated into a full blown anti-semitic attack that traumatized and agitated a bunch of people who would otherwise probably agree on most things. Or will the people who participated in the anti-semitic attack be so troubled by having it pointed out that they will stubbornly refuse to understand it? Will Jennifer White ever sober up and apologize? Will Danny Kelly take responsibility for his over reaction? Will someone from the list above emerge as a leader of truth and reconciliation? Will I just let it go and stop taking anti-semitism so seriously?
We shall see as this plays out in real (and staggered) time.
Meanwhile, as David Rovic’s song makes clear, the forces that would police us to death continue unabated as we attack each other with lies and call outs. It’s so damned scripted you’d think it was part of a psy-op to keep us weak and divided.
Today’s randomly chosen song from the R8B App is Feisty Heart playing their song “Earthquake Season” which was the answer to a question from John Doe about songwriting back in the fall of 2017. The suggestion we “learn to breathe” is not lost on me.
POP ORACLE Song of The Day (February 7, 2019): FEISTY HEART “Earthquake Season”
ICE
She left late at night out of sight of the gangs
The most violent place in the West
Just the clothes on her back to escape the attack
With one child held to her breast
For weeks they would go through Mexico
Where Rosita and so many others
Would learn too late that the United States
Takes babies away from their mothers
When Rosita was younger the future looked brighter
But then came 2009
A junta, a coup, and prospects were few
As the bodies were stacked up in lines
She tried to stay but there was no way
When they kidnapped and tortured her brother
So she got to the border where they’re following
orders
To take babies away from their mothers
She thought she might stay in Monterrey
But the gunmen were always so near
She knew she had to push on, make it to Houston
Where she might live a life without fear
Their journey was done – Rosita, her son
At the border they held one another
Oh, how he wailed as they took her to jail
And tore him from the arms of his mother
