He’s been a musical guest on the show as part of the band The Hard Way and backing up Chris “Sandman” Sand for one of our live R8B shows in Olympia in 2015. He also contributed to some of our most popular Radio8Ball theme songs, particularly the Buffalo Springfield and Nilsson style themes. That’s the music. Now meet the man. David’s answer to Skyler’s question is a rousing alternative to the generally uncritical praise John McCain received upon his passing. The only praise Rovics has for the dead senator and former presidential candidate is “for the cancer in” his “brain”.
