From ANDRAS JONES: I have to admit, when the first BLOODY DEATH SKULL song to be chosen on this show was “New Age” I figured we’d be in for a bumpy ride. I knew our next guest was DR. THERESA BULLARD whose work with Kabbalah and alchemy could easily be ghettoized with this moniker and I could only imagine what she was thinking as she awaited her turn with the Pop Oracle. Would she simply get up and leave? Not likely. The good doctor is made of sterner stuff than this and, I hope, has learned to trust that I would never set her (or any guest) up to fail or be mocked. I think it all went pretty well and before I knew it Bloody Death Skull was once again predicting an upcoming guest (Veronica Monet the author of “Sex Secrets of Escorts“) who would be joining us later in the episode with the first of many references to prostitutes in her songs. These are the kind of synchronicities that seem planned in retrospect but I promise you they weren’t.
