From ANDRAS JONES: We end our tribute to The Kinks, as we end all our tribute episodes, with a song to sum up the artist’s message to us. In this case, the randomly chosen Kinks song is “Complicated Life” from their severely underrated 1971 album “Muswell Hillbillies”. This was my contribution to the set list. Looking back on this episode I’m pleased with how it ended up laying out with 2 songs each from Willie Wisely, then Bart Davenport and then Colleen Green. For a band that was known for its singles output, this seems appropriate. Thanks to our musicians and our guests for being a part of this.
