Question: “Is it time for me to change direction in my life?”
Interpretation: The song to me speaks about the lack of selflessness that we can all relate to. We all don’t feel contempt naturally with anything less then THE BEST. Further pushing, further desiring, further down the path to the so called fame. It begins with “its OK to go un noticed” followed with his qualm that he doesn’t get the recognition HE believes he deserves. The song near its midpoint states “it feels GREAT to go un noticed” continuing to talk of all the similarities we feel as a group, as a whole, as a collective of individuals I am no different with those thought processes than the next and “THAT feels great.” How the song closes.
To summarize for myself I would say I need to stop looking in so much for the answers.
